"Service" includes the Versatiley website and any Versatiley products, software, data feeds, and services provided to you on, from, or through the Versatiley website.

By using or visiting the Service, you signify your agreement to this Privacy policy, and Versatiley's Terms of service, found at https://www.versatiley.com/terms/. If you do not agree to any of these policies or terms, please do not use the Service.

Although we may attempt to notify you when major changes are made to this Privacy policy, you should periodically review the most up-to-date version. Versatiley may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise this Privacy policy at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions.

Cookies and personal data

A cookie "sps", that expires after each session, is used to determine visitor privileges, and identify registered players. No third-party cookies are used.

Personal data, such as email addresses, are not used commercially, and are only shared with third parties on the basis of legal obligations.

To be able to effectively take action if players breach the Terms of service, IP addresses are stored when visitors register or unsuccessfully attempt to sign in, when registered players set avatars or post forum comments or chat lines.
